Happy Hour with Ghost Story

Ghost Story is a Columbus-made acoustic trio formed at Capital University’s Conservatory of Music. They cover a mixture of folk, classic rock, soul, and pop.

Screaming Females with Dusk

Mean Girls

Wednesday, October 23
Thurber Prize for American Humor

Enjoy an evening of laughs featuring the three 2019 Thurber Prize finalists Sloane Crosley, John Kenney, and Simon Rich. The winner will be announced and presented with the 2019 Thurber Prize for American Humor at the end of the evening.
Cocktails at the Conservatory
Franklin Park Conservatory | 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. | $25
The final Cocktails at the Conservatory event is inspired by Harry Potter! This adults-only, cocktail event at the Conservatory will feature sour beers by Pretentious Brewing and Platform Brewing, and tea beers by Wild Ohio Brewing. There will be a costume contest and other magical activities. Tickets are $20 for members.

Columbus Blue Jackets vs. Carolina Hurricanes

COSI After Dark: Halloween

It’s Halloween night at COSI After Dark! Ever wanted to explore COSI without the kids? This is your chance! COSI after dark is 21+ and the theme this Thursday is Halloween. Tickets are $20 for non-members and $14 for members.
Pumpkin Nights at Franklin Park Conservatory
Franklin Park Conservatory | 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. | $22
Explore the children’s garden with pumpkin-lined pathways, Jack-o-lantern displays, pumpkin houses and giant gourds that have been professionally sculpted by Rock On Ice, the famous ice sculpting company. Pumpkin Nights take place Thursday through Sunday. Franklin Park Conservatory members receive discounted Pumpkin Night tickets.

West Side Story

Wizards & Wands Festival
Westerville Public Library | 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. | Free
Enjoy the library transformed! Bring your whole family for a walk-through experience of activities including science experiments, live animals, stilt walkers, art,, magicians, and more! Costumes are encouraged but not mandatory.
ProMusica and the Chamber of Secrets
Refectory Restaurant | 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. | $110
Hosted by the Refectory Restaurant, the evening features a special four-course dinner served with the live performance from ProMusica String Quartet. Adults tickets are $110 and children’s tickets are $60.
Haunted Statehouse Tours

Light the lanterns and follow your conductors through the darkened hallways and chambers of the Statehouse and meet figures from the past. This historical tour is spooky but appropriate for all ages.
