Local Boutique THREAD To Open Second Spot In The Short North

THREAD is headed for the Short North.

The lifestyle boutique will be opening its second location in The Brunner Building at 930 N. High Street. The new store will carry women’s clothing, accessories, home décor, and gifts. At THREAD, you can find everything from big names in fashion to local designers.

THREAD’s first location opened in Grandview in January 2012, and they’ve become a favorite for Columbus residents ever since. Now they’ll use that popularity to break into a new neighborhood, one they’ve had their eye on for a while.

“After attending the Short North Gala a few years ago, I knew this was a community that THREAD needed to be a part of,” said Miranda Boyle, owner of THREAD.

“The Short North is vibrant, diverse and inclusive, which is everything that we strive to be as a retailer. It’s a huge accomplishment to be opening our second store here, alongside all of these great shops, restaurants, and galleries. The Short North has been really good to a lot of local businesses.”

The Brunner Building will have a total of 3,600 square feet of retail space, a potential first-floor restaurant, 12,000 square feet of office space, and luxury apartments complete with a rooftop patio and penthouse suites.

THREAD Short North will open in early August 2018. For more information, please click here.
