The Schottenstein Center Is About To Be Overrun With Dinosaurs From Jurassic World

As John Hammond once exclaimed, “We have a T-Rex!”

Jurassic World Live Tour is kicking off here in Columbus at the Schottenstein Center this weekend. The production will feature over 24 film-accurate, life-sized dinosaurs that are all custom built with the latest technology. I’m talking Hollywood studio-quality dinos here people.

The show, which runs from September 26-29, is all about speed, ferocity, and entertainment. The dinosaurs are both animatronic and performer operated. You’ll be transported to the dense jungles of Isla Nublar, where real Gyrospheres roll through the valley and scientists are working to unravel a corrupt plan and save an all-new dinosaur from a tragic fate.

Along the way, you’ll get to experience some of Jurassic World’s most iconic dinosaurs, including Blue the Raptor, Triceratops, Pteranodons, and of course, the mighty Tyrannosaurus Rex.

Sounds pretty exciting, right?

Performances of Jurassic World Live will take place Thursday, September 26 and Friday, September 27 at 7 p.m. On Saturday, the show will run three times, at 11 a.m., 3 p.m., and 7 p.m. Sunday is the last day to catch the dinosaurs in all their glory, with performances at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. You can get your tickets here.

You should probably start practicing your raptor controlling skills now.
