1685 E Main St. #85. | Condo
Neighborhood/Community: South of Main
Specs: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,310 square feet
What we love: I’ve been admiring the renovation on this gorgeous condo for a few months now, so I have to be honest and say there’s not much that I don’t love about this place. The open floorplan is perfect for the space and the refinished hardwood floors are fabulous.
512 N Stanbery Ave. | Cape Cod
Neighborhood/Community: North Bexley
Specs: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1,116 square feet
What we love: When I was a little kid, I was certain that my dream home would be a Cape Cod. They just always felt so cozy and quaint, and this North Bexley home is no exception. The home may look small on the outside, every square foot of space is used in a thoughtful way.
5247 Coppertree Ln. | Townhome
Neighborhood/Community: Shady Lane
Specs: 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3,500 square feet
What we love: This townhome is absolutely massive and honestly, that’s what we love most about it. The rooms are so spacious and although it could use some updating, the potential is very high with this one. Since it comes in a little under budget, turning it into your dream home should be doable.
6258 Kinver Edge Way | Single Family Home
Neighborhood/Community: Old Orchard
Specs: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,932 square feet
What we love: With abundant natural light and beautiful modern updates, this home is the definition of move-in ready. I especially love the pops of color in the main living space. No painting is always a bonus when it comes to moving. Speaking of bonuses, there is an HOA fee, but the great news is that it covers lawn care and irrigation. No raking leaves for you!
6481 Renner Rd. | Ranch
Specs: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,902 square feet
What we love: If outdoor space is high on your list of priorities, this ranch in Hilliard is a must-see. The home sits on a .6 acre lot and features hardwood floors, a massive screened-in porch, and tons of potential. There is a lot of wood paneling, but that doesn’t have to be a bad thing. The home has only had one owner and it’s been well-loved, and we love that.
284 E Gay St., Unit G35 | Garden Flat
Specs: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 796 square feet
What we love: If city life is calling your name, then this downtown Garden Flat is worth checking out. You can walk to some of the city’s best restaurants and bars, which is such a huge selling point. There is a condo fee, but it includes water, trash, and gas. The property is tax-abated until 2031.
868 E Fulton St. | Single Family Home
Neighborhood/Community: Olde Town East
Specs: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 1,418 square feet
What we love: This house might be 120 years old, but it certainly doesn’t look it. The property has been completely rehabbed with brand new windows, lighting fixtures, plumbing, siding, cabinets, appliances, HVAC, floors, and more. It may not be sexy to talk about how awesome a brand new HVAC system is, but it’s also not sexy to be sweating all summer long. In addition to all of the practicalities that we love, we’re also big fans of the location. OTE for the win.
