Neighborhood/Community: Timberbrook Woods Specs: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2068 square feet. Price: $210,000 Things We Love: This home has tons of upgrades we love, especially the dark flooring throughout. We’re also fans of the oversized, .56 acres lot!
Neighborhood/Community: Whitehall Specs: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1,400 square feet. Price: $194,888 Things We Love: This house is crazy unique. The inside definitely needs some work, but it has some parquet floors that make my little heart soar. It’s like a yurt, except it’s a real house.
Neighborhood/Community: Southern Orchards Specs: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and 1,252 square feet. Price: $207,500 Things We Love: This home is almost 100 years old, but it’s completely updated and rennovated. It would be easier to list the things we don’t love about this house, which is absolutely nothing. It’s stunning!
Neighborhood/Community: Franklinton Specs: 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and 1,288 square feet. Price: $199,000 Things We Love: You’re either going to love it or hate it. I just happen to love this bamboo flooring. I feel strongly that the longer you look at it, the more you fall in love with it, so if it doesn’t grab you, just keep staring for a little longer.
Neighborhood/Community: Old Town East Specs: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,364 square feet. Price: $199,899 Things We Love: The brick paver backsplash is a refreshing change from subway tile (not that we don’t love subway tile) and the maple floors are just perfect.
Neighborhood/Community: King-Lincoln Specs: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,367 square feet. Price: $210,000 Things We Love: This century-old home made the list for one reason and one reason only: the kitchen has the most beautiful and unique tile floor you have ever seen.
Neighborhood/Community: Preserve South Specs: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1,592 square feet. Price: $200,000 Things We Love: This house may look cookie cutter on the outside, but we all know that it’s what is on the inside that counts. The home features an open floor plan and all of the modern upgrades that homebuyers are looking for.
