The Inaugural Hocking Hills Music Festival Is Set On 75 Acres Of Land With Beautiful Views

I love an atmospheric music festival, and the brand new Hocking Hills Music Festival promises to be just that.

The Nelsonville Music Festival and Duck Creek Log Jam are teaming up to create this new fest in Rockbridge, Ohio. The festival will be held October 8-9 and the setting is something else. Panoramic views of the surrounding countryside will help set the stage for this gorgeous festival.

The property is 75 acres of pure beauty and it’s only about 45 minutes from Columbus. The line-up is expected to be released soon, but the festival organizers did offer some info about the performances.

On Instagram, the festival shared that the atmosphere of the event would be family-friendly, similar to the Nelsonville Music Festival.

“The music will span multiple genres, but will lean more towards what is found on Nelsonville’s Box Car and No-fi stages if NMF is your frame of reference,” the comment says. “As for headliners, they will be known national touring artists. The lineup will be out in a few weeks. We fully understand that many people will prefer to wait until then to make a decision.”

Early Bird tickets go on sale on Saturday, June 19 at 10 a.m. Although the line-up won’t be out it, it’s a great chance to get tickets at the lowest possible price.

Camping will be available onsite during the festival, or you can check out many of the stunning rentals in the area. For more information about the Hocking Hills Music Festival, please click here.
