Lovers of all things distilled can finally rejoice. High Bank Distillery is officially open, and officially awesome.
Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted by the nicest hostess who got us a sweet little table, complete with a trendy succulent and candlelight.
I wanted to try every single cocktail on the menu, but I still had some adulting to do after so I knew I had to play it cool. I settled on the Rosé Cooler. My husband kept it simple with a beer.
The Rosé Cooler was made with strawberry-infused High Bank vodka, Rosé, and lime. The drink was sweet, refreshing, and worth every penny.
When it came to snacks, we just had to choose the charcuterie. The Butchers Board had some delicious pickled veggies, yummy cheese and a variety of meats.
It also came with a bowl of bread that had the perfect crunch to doughy ration.
After we were done snacking, we decided to hit up the game room. In case anyone was wondering, we totally tied on the hockey game, 1-1.
The best surprise of all came when we got the bill! It was happy hour so my cocktail was half off and I instantly regretted not getting a second.
Overall, High Bank Distillery is an awesome way to spend an afternoon. The staff is friendly and helpful and the environment just makes you feel cool.
