There’s a new deli in town.
Cameron Mitchell is opening a New York style delicatessen called Harvey & Ed’s in the Short North this Spring. The deli will move into the old Rigsby’s location at 698 N. High St.
The restaurant may be serving a deli menu, with items like matzo ball soup, potato latkes, smoked fish, and sandwiches, but it’s not your typical counter-service deli. The average dinner bill at Harvey & Ed’s is expected to run about $25 for sit-down dinner service.
Harvey & Ed’s will seat 140 customers and will also have a full liquor bar. Not quite “deli” enough for you? There will be a deli counter for takeout orders of platters and your favorite deli meats.
We're proud to announce our newest concept, Harvey & Ed's, a modern American approach to traditional delicatessens, will open in the #shortnorth in spring 2018. Our thanks to .@columbusbiz1st for the write up: https://t.co/tgxJRgYZH4

Guests can expect a modern approach to the traditional New York style deli. “It’s not going to be huge, overly expensive sandwiches,” David Miller, President of Cameron Mitchell told Columbus Business First.
