When it comes to holiday light shows, no one quite does it like Guernsey County.
Every year, the county courthouse is decorated with thousands of lights that are perfectly synchronized to holiday music. The computer controlled display is showcases four different light shows, each lasting 8-12 minutes.
The light show, which was designed by AVC Communications, brings out thousands of visitors each year. Established in 2008, it’s become a holiday tradition.
The show runs every day from now until Saturday, January 6, 2018. The lights begin at 5:30 p.m. each night and go until the last show starts at 9 p.m. The event is free and attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs to sit on to enjoy the show comfortably.
The Guernsey County Courthouse is located at 801 Wheeling Ave, Cambridge, OH 43725, about an hour and a half east of Columbus.
