When it comes to holiday light shows, no one does it quite like Guernsey County.
Every year, the county courthouse is decorated with thousands of lights that are perfectly synchronized to holiday music. The computer-controlled display lasts for one hour and runs continuously throughout the night.
The holiday spectacle, designed by AVC Communications, brings out thousands of visitors each year. Established in 2008, it’s become a holiday tradition for many families around Ohio.
The show runs every day through January 1. The lights begin at 5:30 p.m. each night and go until 9 p.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. on weekends. The 2021 show features all of your favorite holiday jams, including a children’s set with a performance by Cambridge area elementary school kids, contemporary recordings featuring local saxophonist Gordon Hough, and more.
The Guernsey County Courthouse is located at 801 Wheeling Ave, Cambridge, OH 43725, about an hour and a half east of Columbus. For more info, please click here.
