There is a specific kind of stress relief when you throw a sharp ax at a wood wall as hard as you can.
It’s the perfect way to spend happy hour after a rough Monday or to unwind. Columbus will have yet another ax throwing facility as early as late spring/early summer. Dueling Axes is currently undergoing construction at 309 S. 4th St, just down the block from 16-Bit Bar+Arcade, Dirty Frank’s, and Mikey’s Late Night Slice.

Dueling Axes will have eight throwing lanes, similar to bowling, so your whole group will stay together. There will be multiple seating areas throughout the building, including a lounge area. Although food and drinks won’t be served at Deuling Axes, guests are invited to bring in their own.
Of course, you won’t just be able to walk in and grab an ax. After you check-in, your group will need to learn a few rules before the throwing begins.
For updates, you can follow Dueling Axes on Twitter and Instagram. It’s time to get your throwing arm in shape.
