Chase Employees Can Now Take A Chariot To Work– And It Has Wifi

Employees of JPMorgan Chase that work at their downtown location will soon be able to cut out their commute.

Chariot, a commuter shuttle service by Ford, is expanding to the capital city. The service is being launched in a partnership with Chase, which means that for now, the initial service will be specifically a shuttle for the company’s 400 Corporate Center. So don’t delete Uber or cancel your bus pass just yet.

Beginning January 22, employees will have access to the shuttle from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., daily. The 14 person shuttle has wifi and will offer six routes to different neighborhoods for riders.

The routes will provide shuttle service for around 400 employees.

Chariot’s decision to branch out to Columbus was, in large part, thanks to the Smart City initiative and the work being done in Columbus to promote more efficient transportation.

Even if you aren’t a Chase employee, this should be exciting news. Think of it as 400 less other commuters making your morning miserable.
