The mixed-use development will begin its first phase of development with a five-story, 150,000 square foot office and commercial building as well as two buildings with 440+ residential units.
The residential buildings will have a fitness center, a pool, and a 4,000 square foot amenity area. The office building is furthest along in the planning process and construction is expected to begin next year.
