Condado Tacos is further expanding their taco empire this year.
The restaurant will open two new locations, one in Dublin and one at Polaris. The Polaris location, which was announced in December, will be across the street from IKEA and is set to open in August or September.
“People love our tacos—we are not limited to opening our restaurants to one demographic or geographic area,” said Condado Owner & Operator Joe Kahn in December. “Condado Polaris can serve several neighboring areas as well as traffic from Polaris-area businesses, shopping and entertainment. We are excited to bring our tacos to the suburbs,” said Kahn.
The most recent addition to the Condado family will be at Bridge Park in Dublin. Condado joins a wave of local businesses flocking to Bridge Park, including Pins Mechanical Co, 16-Bit Bar+Arcade, and The Avenue Steak Tavern. Condado will be open in the fall.
The restaurant has seen a rapid expansion since their initial opening, with restaurants in Pittsburgh and Cincinnati, and a planned opening in Indianapolis later this year.
