Columbus Winter Beerfest Has Been Postponed

Due to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases, Columbus Beerfest has decided to postpone their indoor Winter event at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

2022 Winter Beerfest was originally scheduled for January 21-22 but will now take place April 15-16.

“Obviously, it’s not a fun conversation to have, but the best time to bring everyone back together to enjoy an event of this size is when cases aren’t spiking beyond the point they were when we took a year off,” says Co-Founder Matt King. “We’re hopeful that waiting a few more months will be the perfect time to host the festival.”

The annual event wasn’t able to take place last year either, but event organizers are confident that coming back in a few months will give time for everyone to attend safely.

350 local, regional, and hard-to-find craft beers will be available to sample at the festival. Attendees will get to sample high-quality beers while learning about the brews directly from the Brewers and Distributors.
