Cold War Kids, Local Natives And More At CD102.5 Day

The ground is wet and the weather is unpredictable, which means it’s springtime in Ohio. And with spring comes the indie music lovers dream. The line-up for CD 102.5 Day! If you’re a fan of the alternative station, then you already know that CD 102.5 Day is split into two days. And like the sides of a 45, they’re called Side A and Side B. Released last week, this year’s shows are looking to further elevate the independent station’s talent for getting the best bands to the capital city. Tickets for each day will be $20 and are available on Ticketmaster and at Express Live!

One of my favorite parts of CD 102.5 Day is the Local performer. On each side, a Local band is chosen to perform. The showcase for Side B is this Friday, March 10, at Skully’s Music Diner. The free show is 21+ and doors open at 9. At Skully’s you’ll get a chance to see Souther, Sunrise Reset, and  Zoo Tripper. The voting will take place after the show, so be sure to stick around!
