Southwest To Run Daily, Nonstop Flights From Columbus To Austin

Southwest Airlines will start offering daily, nonstop service from CMH to Austin.

Beginning March 10, 2022, Southwest will fly daily nonstop flights from John Glenn Columbus International Airport to Austin, Texas. This is the first time that the daily service will be offered from CMH.

“Southwest’s new service to Austin links two cities that have a lot in common—state capitals with thriving economies, growing populations and large universities,” said Joseph R. Nardone, President & CEO of the Columbus Regional Airport Authority. “These new flights should be welcome news for business travelers and vacation seekers alike.”

Southwest will also be offering seasonal flights at the end of the year. Dates included:

• Nov. 23 – 24, 28 – 29
• Dec. 23, 26 – 30
• Jan. 2 – 3

Southwest serves 20 destinations out of Columbus.
