Your charcuterie cravings just got a whole lot easier to fulfill.
Antiques on High in German Village and Getaway Brewing Company in Dublin have just announced their latest menu offering: a charcuterie vending machine. The vending machines are stocked with all of the things you need to enjoy a traditional charcuterie board while hanging out at the breweries.
“To our knowledge, these are the first charcuterie vending machines offered at a brewery,” said co-owner Collin Castore, whose group opened Antiques on High and Getaway Brewing Company after successfully founding and operating one of Columbus’ staples, Seventh Son Brewery. “It’s important to us to provide our customers with fun, unique products and experiences, and I think we’ve hit the mark with this. The fact that we’re also supporting great, local partners through our wide array of product offerings is icing on the cake.”
The charcuterie vending machine will offer: cheeses, meats, seafood, bread and miscellaneous snacks, with items such as brie, honey goat cheese, barrel-aged whisky salami, chorizo, rainbow trout caviar, and sourdough flatbread crackers.
Many items in the vending machine are sourced locally from vendors like Weed Knob Acres, North County Charcuterie, Saddleback Farms, Black Radish Creamery, and The Butcher & Grocer. Individual prices for items range from $2 to $24.
The vending machines will accept Apple Pay and will also offer touch/tap contactless payment options. Additionally, compostable silverware and palm leaf compostable eco-friendly plates are provided.
