The corner of Cleveland and Polaris Parkway in Westerville is set to become the home to Central Ohio’s first Bru Burger. The restaurant sports a menu of some pretty exotics burgers as well as an extensive list of beers and whiskeys. Combined with the Local Cantina also being built in the area, the Westerville corner will become a hub for beer and good grub.
The restaurants will be a part of a larger development project by Trivium Development LLC. The retail strip will be a 14, 500 square foot endeavor and will also include a Starbucks and a nail salon. CEO Tim Spencer states, “We’re really trying to create something in suburbia that you find in a downtown metro. It completes that corner for the city.”
This announcement follows a series of new developments in the Westerville area which include a hotel and North Star Cafe, indicating a possible growing market in the area. Construction for the retail strip is planned to begin in late April.
