The Butler County Donut Trail Is The Answer To Winter Break Boredom

It’s almost winter break, which means it’s almost time for your kids to be home from school for weeks on end, complaining of their boredom and pushing your last nerves.

Instead of spending your whole break at home, consider going out and exploring Ohio. One of the most fun ways to do that is, without a doubt, the Butler County Donut Trail.

I know what you’re thinking. Why would I want to spend hours in the car with my sugared up children? Well, I don’t really have a great answer for that except, it’s fun and hopefully they’ll crash on the way home.

The trail features 12 delicious donuts from 12 different stops in Butler County. So load the kids up in the car, skip breakfast, and head southwest for some sweet fun.

There are twelve stops on the Butler County Donut Trail. They include:

  • Central Pastry Shop
  • Holtman’s Donuts
  • Juniper Coffee & Donuts
  • Kelly’s Bakery
  • Martin’s Donuts
  • Milton’s Donuts
  • Mimi’s Donuts & Bakery
  • Oxford Donut Shoppe
  • Ross Bakery (Two locations)
  • Stan The Donut Man
  • The Donut House
  • The Donut Spot

Once you’ve completed all twelve stops, you can swing by the Butler County Visitors Bureau or mail in your Donut Trail passport to receive a free t-shirt.

There aren’t specific donut requirements at each shop to complete your passport. Any donut will do. Just buy, eat, and enjoy!

Happy trails to you, my friends. Donut do anything I wouldn’t do! 😂
