Bake Me Happy Opens It’s New Coffee Shop In Merion Village On Saturday

Looking for the perfect place to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and a sweet treat? I highly suggest you get over to Bake Me Happy in Merion Village.

Located on the corner of E Moler Street and S 4th Street, you’ll find the happiest place in Merion Village. Bake Me Happy is a gluten-free bakery, and now they’ve opened a great retail space that sells coffee, tea, and their baked goods.

When Bake Me Happy first decided to open the doors to their production facility, they weren’t looking for a specific neighborhood. But once they moved into Merion Village, they knew it was going to be a perfect fit.

The decor is happy, warm, and inviting. “We wanted to match our branding, kind of fun and cozy,” said co-owner Wendy Pugh. “I think we’ll get a lot of people coming in and hanging out.”

Pugh was in charge of the decor of the shop, and it couldn’t be more perfect.

“My wife and business partner gave me total creative freedom, so a lot of this is from my brain,” said Pugh.

Bake Me Happy is about to enter their busiest season. But after the holiday rush, the bakery plans on adding some evening events, what Wendy called “hangout events”. There is also a plan to get a liquor license.

Bake Me Happy will be open every Wednesday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Their official Grand Opening will take place on Saturday, November 4, 2017.
