This Worthington Gem Has The Retro Vibes You’ve Been Searching For
There’s something incredibly nostalgic about 1970s suburban homes.
It’s probably because I grew up in one. I love the openness of the midcentury style, the vibrant colors, and the retro fireplaces. This Worthington gem is no exception. The home is massive, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and over 4,000 square feet, there is plenty of space for the whole family to spread out.
The home sits on .33 acres of picturesque land, complete with a water feature and koi pond. I think my favorite part of this entire house is the incredible kitchen, which is modern and yet totally holds onto that retro, 1970s charm.
The home, located at 93 Forest Ridge Ct, is currently listed for $569,900 by Laura Radulovich with Keller Williams Classic Properties. Anybody else ready to dive in? Let’s go!
You enter the home into the spacious, airy foyer.
From the french doors to the amazing light fixture, I’m really not sure where to start.
The living room has tons of natural light, connecting the indoors and the outdoors beautifully.
But the real show stopper is this incredible wood-burning stove.
A large living space with vaulted ceilings shares an open floorplan with the kitchen.
You’re just getting your first glimpse of the very unique kitchen. Yes, it is bright green.
I know that this kitchen isn’t everyone’s style, but I absolutely love it.
It balances being modern and updated while still feeling like it should be a part of this home.
The master suite is larger than most people’s first apartments.
The green shag rug probably isn’t included, but I’m still going to bring up how perfect it looks in the space.
The master bathroom is gorgeous and spa-like.
The other bedrooms in the home are spacious as well.
There’s even extra space to hang out with friends and family in the finished basement.
Outside, you’ll find a wonderful patio.
And a charming wooden swing.
But the beautiful waterfall area is probably where you’ll be doing most of your relaxing. This house is an absolute dream, y’all.
