Get to know the full cast of characters in Ohio’s 2018 race for governor.
As we gear up for the impending election for governor this fall, it’s important to stay aware of each candidate, their platform, and the issues they feel are vital to our state. A well-informed electorate is the first step in creating a better and fairer democracy that engages the majority as opposed to a privileged few. This Monday’s Townhall forum is just such an opportunity. From 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. a bipartisan panel of political experts will discuss the challenges facing each party as well as the personal strengths of each candidate.
The panel will consist of Ohio GOP Chairwoman Jane Timken, Ohio Democratic Chairman David Pepper, Republican Strategist Bob Clegg, and Democratic Strategist and former Governor Strickland’s Chief of Staff Amanda Wurst.
