Happy Friday, folks. Another week has come and gone, and there are still good pups looking for good homes. Come on, you know resistance is futile.

Check out the cute ears on this little elf. Candy is an 8-year-old Chihuahua who gets along with dogs, cats, and kids.

She enjoys the finer things in life, like blankets and stuffed animals. Seriously, she would love for you to tuck her in. She enjoys playing fetch, but she also makes a great Netflix buddy.

Kandey will bark when someone’s at the door, but will stop when you assure her everything’s A-OK. Can you say good doggo?

This pup is calm and timid. Kovu was the runt of the litter. His name means “scar” in Swahili.

He’s a bit skittish and flinches at quick movements. He doesn’t bark much and does well with kids and other doggos.

He also does fine around cats and tends not to bother them.

Kovu was surrendered by his owner and just needs a loving home.

The shelter thinks Ivy might be a Hound and Terrier mix who’s about 2 or 3 years old.

She’s a super sweet, gentle pup.Ivy loves to give kisses with her wild kisser, and she likes to go on car rides.

She gets along with other dogs, too.

Joker and Decker

These two hound mixes were born in November 2015. They’re bonded litter mates and come as an adorable, furry-faced package deal.

Joker loves to run and play, and he enjoys time at the dog park. When he’s not romping around outside, he likes to chill and show some love. Decker is an active pup who loves attention and a good game of fetch. He’s a little tentative at the dog park without a leash.

They’re both neutered, house trained, crate trained, and up to date on vaccines. These good doggos may need a little time to get comfortable with their new human, but once they warm up to you, they’ll just shower you with affection.

This lil’ bean is a 2-year-old Shar-Pei and Pittie mix. He’s a friendly doggo, and there’s not much he doesn’t like.

Chance has some special needs, because he was hit by a car last fall. He experienced nerve damage to his hind end and bladder.

He needs to be let out to go to the bathroom regularly. Chance currently takes medications and has been going to acupuncture for his nerves.

He walks fine on soft, grassy surfaces, but might have some trouble on hard floors.

His owner would ideally be someone who works or stays at home, can take him to doggy daycare, or can set up a routine where others can check in on him and let him for a bathroom break.

This doodle is a 2-year-old who’s thought to be an Aussie/Terrier mix.

She’s a sweet pup who gets along with other dogs, no matter the size. Marcella is crate trained and is now learning some simple commands.

She came here from a county in Southern Ohio sometime in the past week, but she’s making good progress in her new environment.
