This Saturday, April 22, the Ohio Democratic Party will be hosting its first official event with their nominees for governor.
Senator Sherrod Brown will be headlining the dinner, set as the featured speaker for the event. The 2017 Legacy Dinner will be in tribute to Ohio’s very own John Glenn, the late astronaut and senator who passed away December of last year.
The Democrats will be taking advantage of the evening to roll out their lineup of governor nominees, including:
- Representative Connie Pillich
- Senate Democratic Leader Joe Schiavoni
- Former U.S. Representative Betty Sutton
The dinner begins at 6 p.m. in the Cardinal Hall of the Ohio Expo Center with Ohio Democratic Party Chairman David Pepper also in attendance.
